Our client, in his late 70's, had a biopsy at a central Illinois hospital.  The result was that he had malignant pancreatic cancer.  He underwent surgery to remove part of his pancreas and his entire spleen.  When the lab results came back for the removed tissue, it was determined that he did not have cancer.  The genetic material on his original biopsy slides were from a different patient.
