A Lake Shore Drive crash killed two college students planning to graduate in May. The driver was reported as driving the wrong way. The 27-year-old and the 25-year-old victims were allegedly struck by a vehicle driven by a Chicago police officer. The officer was charged with two counts of aggravated driving under the influence (DUI) and two counts of reckless homicide.
