This settlement of a medical malpractice case involved the failure to diagnose a child, which resulted in her death. We were able to negotiate one of the the largest settlements of a medical malpractice involving the death of a child in state history. The case settled after a full day mediation. The settlement compensated the family of the deceased child for the loss of society they experienced due to the child's death.
