Our client, a 52 year old man, was working at a meat plant in Chicago unloading trailers.  A semi-truck backed into

the loading dock.  Our client stepped on the trailer, when the truck pulled forward, causing our client to fall.  He suffered a

fractured femur.  The insurance company for the truck paid the full $1,000,000 insurance policy limits.
