A 73 year old woman was involved in a traffic accident on Lake Shore Drive caused by a car traveling the opposite was losing control and striking her car. As a result of the accident, our client suffered an aggravation of her pre-existing back condition, which ultimately lead to a fusion surgery on her lower back. The case settled for $1,000,000.
