A Cook County jury returned a verdict in favor of our client for a fall or client experienced on ice on a city of Chicago sidewalk.

Although the accident occurred on the sidewalk, the at-fault party was the adjacent business owner, who engaged in poor

snow removal efforts, that resulted in water running onto the sidewalk and then freezing.  Our client, in his 30's, suffered a

fractured ankle that resulted three surgeries.
