A 34 year old woman was shopping in a Wal-Mart store when an employee of Wal-Mart caused some plastic waste baskets on an upper shelf to fall onto our client. As a result of the merchandise falling, our client suffered an elbow (ulnar nerve) injury which required two surgeries. She then developed Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) which has caused her to lose much of the function of her left arm.
