An 18 year old girl was a passenger in a car involved in a two vehicle accident. Our client suffered a fractured femur, resulting in surgery. The case settled for $100,000 against one of the drivers. Our client was then awarded an additional $165,000 in an under-insured motorist hearing, for a total recovery by our client of $265,000.
